Tulsa, Oklahoma, Sept 16, Terence Crutcher is shot and killed with his hands up by Tulsa Police, when his car was stalled on the road.
Charlotte, NC, Sept 20.
Four days later, Keith Lamont Scott, a 43-year-old disabled Black man, is murdered by Charlotte-Mecklenburg police as he was waiting on his son to be dropped off after school.
Following this murder, people in Charlotte rebelled for two straight nights, so far. The North Carolina governor has declared a state of emergency and deployed the National Guard against the people.
