He's a follower of the revolutionary political thinker and leader Bob Avakian (BA) and advocate for the new communism that BA has developed.  As the spokesperson for Revolution Books, Andy has been in Dialogue with a range of Pulitzer Prize winning authors and historians. He was a co-initiator of Refuse Fascism, and serves on the Advisory Board. He has been interviewed by Cenk Uygur on The Young Turks, TYT’s The Conversation, and on the Damage Report with John Iadorola.   Sunsara Taylor is a fighter for a real revolution based on the new communism developed by Bob Avakian. She is a co-host of the The RNL—Revolution, Nothing Less!—Show. In the Spring of 2023, Sunara initiated a national initiative and campus speaking tour, “Woke Lunacy vs Real Revolution” which travelled to several California campuses, including a packed house at UCLA. She has been on the frontlines for women's liberation since the 1990s and co-founded Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights which led tens of thousands into the streets in 2022 to fight the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe v Wade. Sunsara has been interviewed on Al Jazeera, MSNBC, Fox News, and hosted her own radio shows on the Pacifica network for several years.
